Accommodation and pricing

St. Anne’s Guest House, Heacham, offers accommodation on two floors, comprising of single, twin and double rooms, seven in total. Prices start from £45 per night.

On each landing there is a fridge where guests can help themselves to fresh milk and bottled cold water. Teapots, cups and saucers, jugs and cafetiere with filter coffee are available for guests to use.

There is a small guest sitting room on the ground floor with a large sofa and armchair. A television with DVD player is on the wall, and a CD player. There is a bookcase with books and DVD’s for the use of guests, also available are a wide selection of games and cards. There are french doors facing south and exiting onto the garden and a large west facing window overlooking the garden.

At St. Anne’s Guest House, Heacham, we have gluten free sausages, and free range local eggs. Toiletries are free from TEA or MEA, SLS, SLES, Paragons and propylene glycol and are made in the UK. We also cater for special diets, please inform us when booking. Arrival time is after 3:30pm. Checkout time is 10.30am. A deposit of £50 per room is required and is payable by either cheque or debit/credit card.
